White smoke can also be unburned fuel or lack of proper combustion especially common during cold operation or on start up. Black smoke is the result of overfueling in a cylinder where combustion is adequate.

To the OP.........sounds like a good candidate for a major overhaul. hour, miles on engine? Has all the symptoms of being a tired wore out engine.

I bet it is the blower if its burning a lot of oil.
We had a 98 KW with a 60 Series Detroit doing this once it wouldn't make it around the block after firing it up.
It blew loads of white smoke and then it would just shut down.
I doubt it blew the amount of smoke your talking about though.

Blowing the fuel line out with compressed air from the fuel filter to the tank solved the issue.

Also on other pieces of heavy equipment I have seen diesel jel up and turn hard in the filter base through ways and starving the engine for fuel.
Also have seen that hard jel form in 90 degree hard lines that connect directly to the filter base.

Oil in antifreeze is usually oil cooler.
I would also check precooler for leaks with smoke. Is their any codes for the engine?
