Oh yeah, I'm no electrician and I didn't do it. They even moved it and added a non weather proof junction box under the deck before me. But to find someone that enforces residential building code around here is next to impossible till after the accident. Now commercially, your being watched at every move. Been on the short end of that stick one to many times.
