My driver got a speeding ticket in Palestine, TX, Anderson County. I have been searching for a traffic attorney that works in that County and I am having a terrible time finding one. I was referred to one and got voice mail and I left a message. But my driver just informed me that his court date is in 2 days. My question is, does anyone have any experience with speeding tickets in this county and can you recommend a traffic attorney that handles CDL speeding tickets in that county? I have found plenty of CDL attorneys but just not one that works in that county.

Why is this your problem? If the driver is so irresponsible he can't figure it out himself then I guess thy won't have a job in two days and probably a bench warrant out on them.

Wait a second here...Let's Back up- Hey original poster, Was your driver knowingly guilty of speeding? Ya know heavy foot,Not a care in the world,Radio Cranked up on 10 to "Radar Love", Or was it a Lie by the Copper?

He has to appear in 2 days and he is just today thinking he needs to do something about it? I would tell him to take care of it and let the cards fall where they may.

Have you actually seen the ticket?
x1Heavy and Intothesunset Thank this. -
The reason I say this is that this is a common "plea down" offense for 4 wheelers and many jurisdictions don't know about CSA stuff for commercial drivers and think a seat belt violation would work for us too. IT DOESN'T!!NavigatorWife, x1Heavy, HarRav and 1 other person Thank this.
