i got expedition :biggrin_25515:...would lQQk good on any suv (full size)

but a car...it would look over welming to me. a bit to big. even on a explorer i think its to large.

very nice antenna thou. much better made then the k40 by holding and comparing them side by side. k40 doesnt come near wilson 1000 size.

So you do drive an expedition?

if so, then you could probably have it put on your back bumper like a lot of people with SUV's do. That usually doesn't look bad at all.

    yea...great truck.

i got magnet mount on roof...doesnt look bad at all."IF"i were to go to a bumper mount...i would get wilson 5000 and go all the way...long whip and all...

im gonna look at ebay....saw a white wil. 1000 for $42 winning bid but wire was cut at connector to radio.... good price for mag mount but then u need to fix. which if u dont have right tools ...just not worth the hassel.:biggrin_25515:

I have a Wilson 1000 on the trunk lid of my Grand Am, the base doesn't look to big at all, its the 62 inch whip that stands out like a sore thumb.

Hey Tater, I know the higher the better, but would a wilson 2k be a good one to use on a pickup truck also with a palomar 225 running as well?
