    Painted steel, the type used for framing metal buildings, has to be the slickest #### Ive ever hauled. I try to strap it like I strap pipe, 2 in the front, then 2 more every 6-8ft back, 1 strap on the bottom 2 layers, 1 over the whole load. Usually try to put 6 straps per bundle and that stuff still slides.

    Chain it and belly wrap it with a chain and tighten it so tight the binders starts crying.
    That’s how you secure a load like that!

    It's the thought that counts.

    Then again it would have been nice if she would have thought to get kielbasas instead of hot dogs.

    Belly wrapping. That's what I forgot. Cant use chain, it'll f up the paint and when its 107 out, Im not getting into all the stuff that goes along with making sure a chain cant scratch it up.

    @otterinthewater

    Stop sounding like a californian and saying bbq when you mean grilling lol.

    Edit: unless you mean they put bbq sauce on the hotdogs. If so that's a whole other issue.

    Learned that very fact 25 years ago, when I married a G.R.I.T.S.

    Don’t even want to get into the whole sauce thing!

    What’s the big deal? You go out and light the gas grill and put things on it.

    I’m guessing those are fighting words he says with mock enthusiasm.

    Ask the reciver/consignee what they want. Introduce them into the debate and they will do the run-around between themselves while you get the load delivered. :D
