Spouse had surgery on her knees after they failed on a Corps 9 mile years before. The VA in Little Rock did a good job cleaning up the spurs and other problems inside those two joints. They did take away her ability to run (Much...) and I always stay with her if she did feel the need to. She actually got well enough to team with me in trucking. So.. considering the issues she had that are service connected and the work that the VA has done, I think they have done pretty well considering.
Thank you for your Service Marine.

I have a lady (friend) that had both her knees done at a few mo. apart now she can bend both her knees and go up an down from 2ed floor with no prob. it all depends on doc. i think?

I had a total knee replacement and was back to work climbing up and down off tankers 3 months later. Rehab wasn't fun and I know someone that didn't put any effort into it that still can't walk right.

I would be researching the best surgeon in your area and who is using most up to date methods.

Hey guys, sorry I forgot about this thread. So, I had the knee replaced December 4th. Overall it has been an improvement overall. I still have pain in the knee, but we believe its from a previous hack surgery that I had in 2014. I was up walking same day and walking unassited in about a week. Im happy with my decision.
@Chinatown I ended up getting 90% overall schedular rating from the VA but then got 100% permanent and total unemployability so I get the 100% pay and benefits.Chinatown Thanks this. -
