I'm at present working at Glad Manufacturing in Amhurst VA. Have been offered a job with Direct TV installing systems with company vehicle and can go back to Network Admin.
It's hard to accept that a virus everyone carries can do this much damage and it has killed people a lot younger than me but someone up top was looking out for me. The odds were against my survival was within minutes of not receiving medical help and thank God the Doctor's at Lynchburg General knew what it was and acted accordingly = so many times Meningitis is mis-diagnosed.

i'm still a bit confused here. you turned in your CDL, but you still need a license to drive the comapny vehicle. buddy, you could have still kept your CDL, as it would have "covered you" for driving anything else. it'll be a cold day in "you know where" if i ever surrender a license i paid dearly for. all you would have ever had to do was drop the hazmat endorsement.

anyhow, seems confusing to me, dropping one license so you don't drive trucks, but you still need to drive a company vehicle that requires a drivers license.........???????

hope the taste of plasitc was good, cuz it sure must have cost as much as a prime rib dinner...........

Was'nt a Tick bite - was all checked out - was the Simplex 1 Virus or Herpes - common Cold Sore - never have had one in my life - but it's also the one Virus that can come back on me and do the same thing again and that's my greatest fear - you can go from healthy to body bag in less than 24hrs and when it hits, you have the headache that even hell would throw out, behaviour change - I picked my wife up and threw her against a wall - I was supposed to have been driving that night - can you imagine what would have happened if I was!

oh, but i was still "confused". you turned in one license (a high cost one), for another one. just doesn't make sense, especially if you're still driving any thing.........

My decision was'nt taken lightly - sure it cost an arm and a leg to get the CDL but I also know that if I feel I can't handle a car, I will hand that license in as well and work from home. Leave it at that - it's my decision for my safety and others!
