I thought on hometime a company not allowed to call you in until you are back on duty

Well I guess the mikes hard lemonade I had in the El Paso Walmart for my 10 in 104 degree heat makes me a criminal
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Drinking alcohol while you are on duty , should be a common sense desicion don’t you think?
A responsible driver with common sense , should not even ask that question.
Legal or not legal , doesn’t mean is the right thing to do .
I really hope one day sooner than later the requirement to keep your CDL, must be to take the hair drug test instead urine.
Drivers who use drugs to gain more resistance or drive impair don’t have business in this industry, period .
I bet accidents will decrease and E LOGS wouldn’t be necessary. -
A hair test is extremely invasive and does not reflect if you are intoxicated while on duty. I'm against that. An ignition interlock device is far more prudent. Blow into a device that tests for intoxication, if you fail the truck does not start.

"wipers on...headlights on"...
