I-70 east bound closed at Georgetown due to semi fire.

I-70 westbound closed at vail pass due to major accident. No estimate when it will reopen.

 

I have always considered I-70 bad. Except some parts in Kansas. Then only certain times of year.

 

After another day of exploring, we've had the conversation about buying land up here instead of where we live.

Buy 10-20 acres within a year, stay where we're at the next 2-3yrs and pay down the land and then build a house and make the move before my stepdaughter goes hs and my son starts school.
