CHEAP freight + CHEAP PAY = Driver's who wont work for long hours away from their families for dirt #### pay. Older driver's retiring and new CDL drivers who determine... it just is NOT worth it all. PERIOD.

You bet you *** those at the top of the food chain are NOT suffering and getting grossly HUGE salaries and benefits.

Anyone know where to find trucking company CEO salaries ?

 

With the somewhat recent rise in housing costs in the area, that wage isn't that bad, but it isn't that great anymore.

 

Just remember, as long as it is believed to be true, Uncle Sugar will keep subsidizing the schools the megas run.

Thats because people keep working for megas that steal the business and pay employees nothing
