    It’s Sams Club fresh salmon filet. It’s about 18 inches long and she cuts up into smaller filets. Sometimes it has a fish flavor, most times it’s pretty mild. Today she put some seasoning, olive oil and lemon and cooked it in a glass pan in the oven. It was restaurant quality.
