I have an interview this week for a sleeper team job in Gary IN. Anyone know what a new hire starts out at? I thought it was cpm not hourly. I noticed an ad on indeed that said $21hr to start $40 in 4yrs.

Sleeper teams are paid a mixture of cents per mile and hourly. That hourly rate is accurate, and the starting mileage pay is .5816 for single trailers, and .5939 for doubles. Top rate is current .84 or .86 cpm. (It's getting ready to increase, hence my confusion).

To add to this sleeper teams get an additional 2 cents added to these rates along with 3.5 cents per diem. Per diem is for all miles.

    Creepy

Half Paramilitary-styled organization doing the ol' referral bonus mill for seasonal no-contract, no-stability jobs.... what could possibly go wrong???

Seriously though their dang poster looks like they're recruiting to invade Czechoslovakia
