That little bike was a good scoot. One of my favorite things about it was the sissy bar, because it was off of a Harley Davidson Dyna that I made fit (got strange looks from certain types LOL). Put a lot of miles and got a lot of smiles out of that bike. Only thing I didn't like about it was the exhaust. Had a drag pipe on it so it was LOUD. Really accented the THUMP THUMP THUMP of that big bore single.
Current scoot is a Suzuki C50 that my wife got me as a Father's Day/Birthday present a few years ago.
If were to switch to a different ride in the future, I've been on the fence about what it would be. I posted a picture of the Ural sidecar rig I'd like to have somewhere in this thread, but I'd also be keen on a Harley Davidson Ultra Glide, and the more adventurous side of me wants a Triumph Rocket 3. -
You live in an area where every road in every direction is good road. The last time I was in your area, I stopped at Knuckleheads in Rockmart. Ever been there?

And guess what I found weeding the garden this morning??? Luckily, the daughter showed up to can apricots and an immediate dump....uh, adoption took place. It never ends.
Al. Roper, BoostedTeg, Tug Toy and 22 others Thank this. -
Goofy outfit ran an ad down here two days ago. First time I've ever seen them advertise here in the Myrtle Beach area. 6 years ago they ran ads for a while down around Savannah but nowhere else in the southeast that I could find ( and I was looking hard because of knowing what you guys hauled. ) I wanted to work there but I wasn't in the right situation to apply then. They never ran an ad on the Charleston CL that I remember, which I was thinking would make sense, since that's where one of the plants is.Al. Roper, 1951 ford, Shock Therapy and 10 others Thank this.

You talking about the gray grate? I left the one on because it’s such a pain to undo all of them and line them back up while making sure they stay under the fan lid, especially with cheap self tapping screws. Looks like this reassembled.
It was between this and doing cardio. I sweat about the same, although the yellow jacket that kept showing up elevated my heart rate several times. Probably didn’t like me knocking his nest down.Last edited: Jul 28, 2019

Wimp. I knew Rocky. And you Sir are no Rocky.
( that's a triple riff on the Rocky Balboa movies where he drank raw eggs in training, a famous political quote about JFK and Rocky the flying squirrel. Collect 'em all kids ! )Tug Toy, 1951 ford, Shock Therapy and 9 others Thank this. -
Are you sure it's really due yet ?
