For a Fella from the opposite Coast and another Country, we call our Meals the same names

Hoods gettin a tire fixed. Gotta catch a shorty in the morning to the barn outta Monette.

 

Man that brings back memories, my grandad had one just like it. Straight 6 with a three on the tree. He used to let me drive that beast when I had to sit on a pillow to see over the steering wheel. The gears would get hung up, ( my shifting) we would have to coast to the side of the road and raise the hood to un hang them. Good times, Great memories..

 

I'm eyein a Studebaker with a bolt action 3 speed and a little V8. 3/4 ton long bed. If it's still there this week and he better have changed his mind cause I got hunnert dolla Bill's burning a hole in my pocket

 

I was hoping for a Studebaker.
