Read your contract, talk to a lawyer.

That's really your only option now.

    SLOBUTSHO Thanks this.

Looks about right to me. Close to $3800 a month for truck And insurance is in the ball park, assuming a late model truck.
Company I'm leased on to charges 2% of the gross to use their fuel card.

    FlaSwampRat and SLOBUTSHO Thank this.

Have you ask them about it, Is this your first load?
You seriously agreed to pay interest on fuel. lol
Honest mistakes are made, but usually not by any company that leases drivers a truck.
I would never use their fuel card, unless it was a dire emergency. Dem little percentages on gross, is the profit and it all adds up.

So you've got $900 in regular expenses plus, (guessing), $900 +/- in fuel. 24-18=6...how'd you get screwed?

    FlaSwampRat Thanks this.

    Leases are ful lof "gotchas".

You can make a certain amount per mile guaranteed! They don't tell you they give you a loan on a lower paying load to make it look like it pays better, and then charge you interest on the loan they gave you....

Optional "emergency fund" that's nice, you don't get any interest on it, just keep it in the bank at least.

    FlaSwampRat and SLOBUTSHO Thank this.

If you get around 65% of gross, that’s close to right

    FlaSwampRat Thanks this.
