Stay fit while flat bedding !

    Also, if you're a carboholic like me, Dave's Killer Bread is the way to go. It costs a little more and you should probably eat it within 3 days but it's natural. Lots of grains and seeds and no artificial ingredients. You can pronounce everything on the label, no soy or canola and NO chemicals.

    Taking a page from submarines if they had to hunker down a while day or two, they put the off watch into the bunk stay in it.

    They burn less of everything and produce less gases and so on. They conserve some energy on very little. Their bodies slow down and quit producing so much waste. Pretty important if you are on the bottom for a day being depth charged and cannot use the toilet with 100 others.

    I love history sue me lol.

    Resting for loading or unloading call can take more than a day, you have to stay there and wait for the radio. If you did not respond, they go to the next one and you wait some more.

    Thankfully we dont do any of that with the right freight like medicines.

    Funny thing is, you starve AS YOU GET BIGGER. If your body can't use or digest the crap you put into it, it just stores it and you have to keep eating because the body says you haven't given it anything useful.

    ####. It's been a while.

    I put up a old style crock that is about two gallon you see. Maybe 300 watt total. Takes 12 hours to cook it to temperature and do it safely.

    Roast beef, taters, gravy, chopped everything to taste.

    Clap lid on go about your day. Maybe dinner time is calling when your nose tells you it's ready. You will need to sleep it off a bit.

    You will run a week on that bit of feeding in that pot.

    In trucking I used two dutch ovens that goes into smoke lighter plugs.

    Chopped ham, small onions, greens to taste and taters small.

    Throw it in there. Clap em shut.

    Drive.

    About 8 hours it's dinner time. It's not much but should be enough in the west.

    won't help you lose weight, but probably beats the hell outta cup a noodle or an XL bag of cheetohs

    PS i wasn't kidding about the ribeye, I ate at least a pound of steak a day with exercise and severe carb restriction for 3 months and lost like 7" off my waistline and gained a buncha muscle
