Between the two

I will ask you this. What is attracting you to these two outfits?

There are many companies. Why these two?

K&B has a guaranteed minimum weekly paycheck.
Both companies seem good though.
@Snowshoes works for Pride; been there for years.

 

We know, X...we know.

 

K&B will make sure you never make their guaranteed minimum according to their driver that works for us now.

 

I cannot abide companies that tell you we pay you this much but then pile in the gotchas or engineer the situation to where you never make that goal.

If you are going to salary, stand up and get the money out. It's small stuff compared to fleet expenses.

I have been with them since March of '15.
I can tell you, anything the recruiter has told you, you will get.
I started as a driver on the dedicated fleet, then worked as a local driver for Pride working at a local company hourly, and next week I will be starting a position as a Roadside Assistance Coordinator.
I personally would not work for another transportation company.
