SOme days I requires four steaks in lumping trailers twice every 30 hours to and from floor with driving in between particularly during winter.
I was not very big about 145 maybe. A bean. But with that feed and that work of 48000 pounds twice daily 5 times a week... whoo... no fat.
Today I sit and consider the food in my cabinet against the very low requirements of energy. But there is a steak on the freezer ready for a day of battle requiring actual physical lumping or some other problem where you will be away from food and such for a while. Such as waiting on a sick spouse in the hospital.
I was 265 a few years ago, got below towards 180 I think that's a barrier and so it stays. The main thing that guides that reasoning is the potential heart failure that is developing inside of me. I'll die with boots on and my hands to war before I waste away with a bad heart. That's not living or being alive. So I work on the weight and buy just what I need and leave off the rest. You can seriously get very poor situation in a hurry with today's food.
With that said, I have to get back to the Amish country and put down a plate or two of this and that starting with salad and sammitches....

In order... I beg the moderators patience using older words dusty from disuse... to populate anything, I cheer the young ones to enjoy each other without the technology. A little we time makes all the difference.
I think when I am gone, this will be a era that is special to the world they will write about a thousand years from now. What is it for you to lose your Country and birthright to a population fleeing strife and war without them staying put and standing up for their own home. Only to rot and destroy yours.
I don't know what will happen. But I appreciate each day for what we are. Whatever that may be. -
As stated before the light, lite, diet and so on so forth is all bull crap.
Stick with normal foods, just reduce portion sizes.
Before driving i use to inhale 3 foot long subs no problem.
Now i split the foot long into two servings.
And yes inhaling food is an art form.

Used to be only the strong survived- anymore everbody survives and therefore we all get weaker because we slow down to match the pace of the weakest in the pack.

I cook 12 eggs mixed with chicken sausage and 2 whole chickens bbq with dry rub (no sauce). Also cut up Costco ribeye steaks into cubes. Then microwave it throughout the week.
