You have no idea what a piece of dirt goes for out here... It aint cheap... I can buy an older house on 1 acre for less than I can buy .33 acre lot!!!! And I dont really dont want to be inside city limits.

Bank wont make a loan for acreage and another for a house until acreage is payed off... Unless it is a lot, which is less than .5 acre... Then one loan will cover lot and house.

One mile from the House is Winlock 4 blocks long and a population of about 1k with Hardware store, IGA grocers, and Bar

Chehalis is 18 miles away for "City stuff"

Aberdeen is showing 70 miles away. But plenty of lakes and rivers around here.

But my shop is only 30 x 60......... on 6 acres.

 

Thought about starting a little LLC and talking to Farm Bureau Finance? If you got kids that raise things, could turn into an option.

I think 20 would be too much work unless it were setup to be worked.

This place is about 2 acres on top about an acre of that will need maintenance. This balance has been replanted with trees so maintenance should start dropping off over time as the forest comes back. The foxglove and thistle are taller than the trees right now.
