It wasn’t when we bought it 13 years ago — but we had 10 pair, 6 horses, an assortment of lambs goats and what ever the kids happen to bring home — and I still had the desire to work like a cotton picker — not so much now

I suppose I should tell the wife that I will need a spot to park a Side by side near the house so that I can drive it the 50 yards to the greenhouse and down the drive to get the mail.

    Cattleman84 and tramm01 Thank this.

That’s real nice, but I don’t think they have Elk and Chukars in Maine — have to pass.

My 10 acres was 30,000. And then driveways and septic systems are expensive. There used to be a lot of 5 acre plots around here for 25,000

I sold 2-1/2 wooded acres / 2800 SF house / 1500 SF workshop in '05 for $230K in PA. It was nice too,
