    Well your gonna wanna clarify that with Cummins but in general Yes. The 370/430 is a fleet fuel savings. They will allow you to control it at any HP, under the max. That is one of the better cpl.

    The one thing is to find out what compression ratio is. That could be either. Do you know that it's never been rebuilt?

    Alright so verify with Cummins that its capable of 475 and then find someone to turn it up but dont let Cummins or a dealer (idk if a dealer would do it) touch it?
