    depends on the town. Here in Sorrento we are less than 1%. I would have to call the town office to find out. The listing that I showed hasnt had any nibbles yet, So I person could easily offer 200k and go from there. That 333k is a fools price. My guess is that the property is near the blueberry barrens.

    Three separate wrong way collisions from Friday night until now, one dead, three critical total.

    Impairment in all 3 cases.

    All this wonderful BS legislation we have, why not mandatory interlocks for all motor vehicles?
