Hey everyone! Student needs help finding a decent company!!!

Nope, just I white undershirt Tee, I rolled up the sleeve and took the picture with a computer cam.

 

I just graduated truck school on the 5th. Now I am finding out that noone will hire with no experience but to get the experience you have to have the job. There's got to be some company that will give a guy a start.

 

Hey Retlow, welcome to the forum! I'm also a recent grad and had the Prime / Arrow pre-hires. After lots of reading and research, I've decided to go with Prime and I'm headed to orientation on the 15th.

During my search, I found that there isn't much talk on the Arrow forums. I'm not sure if everyone is busy working, or perhaps most people are sour with the company; I found alot of that on here. From what I've found, they are not doing well financially and as a result, their equipment is decaying.

On the other hand, Prime appears to be doing much better with equipment and finacially. Additionally, with a thorough training program, it just seems like a better fit for me personally. Again, this is just my assessment after lots of research, reading and asking questions.

I wish you luck with your search and your new career. By the way, if you're contemplating giving Prime an honest look, U2 and ironpony both give very honest and timely information.
