Another Lofgren failure. In the video Mark Rorke sent out he mentioned van truck load and logistics, but not bulk. I'm wondering how much longer we will keep that division seeing as it has been under performing for a while now.88228822, LtlAnonymous, Dave_in_AZ and 3 others Thank this. -

Poor planning, poor utilization and poor communication made both drivers and customers unhappy. Then the workflow transition made things worse.
It's just like our abortive attempts to get into flatbed and reefer work via dedicated accounts. It doesn't work the same as a VTL dedicated account, we can't surge in system drivers and equipment at need. You also can't just reschedule because a driver's backhaul didn't get him back on time (see reason #1 why we lost Miller).
There is a lot of potential is FTFM and Bulk, but you you need an entirely different gestalt to be successful.88228822 and LtlAnonymous Thank this.
