    In the pictures you posted of the cast iron set, it had a round flat plate, will or does that fit in or over the skillet?

    A few years ago, some group that was pushing for expanded transportation planning put out a report on the greater SoCal region. The one thing that stuck with me from that was the 24 hour average speed was 23 MPH on all the major highways.
