This is my big Sis when she was pushing 60 going up Camelback. She actually chickened out a little further up, but that entire back pack is full of water.

This about half way up. And it's 0530. At least making it 2/3 of the way is pretty good for someone from the communist state.

There's no railing or fence for like the last 1/3. She wasn't having any of it lol.

You may like this then, but only in the cold months.
Works on beef, pork and fish. You could do chicken, but you have the Dutch oven for roasting.

Set your oven rack in the spot that’s one above center, the other rack just below.
Set oven temp to 550, put skillet on top rack, lid on lower rack.
Let them get up to full temp, mine takes 45 minutes at least.
Get your meat ready to go. Season and let come up to room temp. Have some oil ready.
When the pan is fully up to temp, brush some oil on both side of your meat, take the pan and lid out of the oven, put meat inside, put lid on, put back in oven.
Don’t touch it until it done.

How long depends on meat type and thickness.
1 to 1.25 inch New York’s take about 8 minutes for very rare medium. The fish piece you posted, maybe 6 minutes. You just have to try it a few times to find the sweet spot for you.

I burnt my leg on the exhaust pipe of the APU peeling the front placard off the trailer.

Couldn't be in a more f up spot, cause I keep knocking the scab off it.
