I dont know much about flatbed but I think melton has autos and they do flatbed. It would be better to stay away from megas though. Someone else here might be able to help you, maybe chinatown?

 

Blue Max Transport out of Charlotte. Mack's and T680's all new with autos. Governed at 75, they will get you home on Friday's, just want you on the road by 7am Monday. They do require you to have experience in flatbed. Currently has 125 drivers hoping to have 150 by the end of the year. Will rent you a car to come to orientation that last like 3 hours. Will be with a trainer for 2 days (local guy) mainly to make sure you know how to tarp and strap a load. So not really a trainer to be honest.

 

I wounder why most of the Blue Max Transport drivers are tailgating 4 wheelers in the left lane. A couple years ago, I have been a victim myself with one of their drivers kissing the rear of my car near Charlotte and I called their dispatch about this. I also reported it to FMCSA and made a formal complaint about their unsafe drivers at the time.

Today, I saw 2 of their drivers tailgating cars in the left lane in the Charlotte area again. Thats not good.
