Wasn't terrible. I need to get myself some riding shorts though. Three days in a row. 7.5, 2, and then 8 miles. Today's a rainy day so I'll let my legs recover.

Buy a moonsaddle. It's crescent shaped and doesn't go between your legs. (it also doesn't press on the perineal nerve or blood vessels.)

Well, I exercise by watching exercise videos from my recliner.
Those electric bikes, you can pedal or use the electric motor.
Lance Armstrong admitted to using one during some races. His had everything built into the frame and rear wheel hub so it was impossible to see.

    Drop 50 on the scale?
    Close to impossible

Drop 50 lbs fat? Yeah you can do it in about half a year. You'll gain 10-20 lbs muscle though.

Protein diet, 100 situps 100 pushups 100 squats a day, do 10km of interval sprint-walks 1-2 times per week, eat tons of protein (1 - 1.5 g / lb body weight) and little to no carbs

Both the battery and motor would be undersized to something that could only power a rc toy car, to be hidden within a racing bicycle... prolly a misquote

I don't know about Lance but it is absolutely a thing. Usually the motor and battery are sealed in the downtube and interfaces with a gear on the crank. It's happened a few times and it's hard to detect.
