Hang in there "my friend"... When I feel that exhausted at the wheel, I drink black tea... always carry that just in case... don't do it constantly though cause it's not very healthy.... But sometimes, driving all night... I have no other option... I try listening to Brazilian radio stations (I am originally from Brasil)... I try eating fruits, spraying water on my face, turning the overhead light on, opening the window.... and yes... sometimes I have to stop and run around the truck.... like you wrote... whatever it takes to stay awake.... stay safe out there...

All drop and hook with setting up a set of doubles in the middle. I feel like a ####ing truck driver today! Lol. This is honestly by far the most I've ever driven in a truck.

While it as only a small part of the movie, Tubular Bells, by Mike Oldfield seems to be the one thing every one associated with the movie
If you have never listened to the actual full length part of the song that they used. It really is a very good piece of music. Because of all the instruments used, all the parts they play, listening with headphones really does bring out the piece.
A bit of trivia, Allman Bros. Ramblin Man shows up in the movie.MartinFromBC, sealevel, Rocks and 1 other person Thank this. -

Tubular Bells is nice... but the other songs... sound more like very "creepy" noises....
Espressolane Thanks this. -
Friday was a 546 mile, 6 customer and two freight train day. I was so tired that I only made about 180 miles on Saturday before I needed a nap. Laid done for 20 minutes, alarm went off amd I said "nope, not enough, put another 20 on the clock ".MartinFromBC, Cattleman84 and Rocks Thank this.

You must have A LOT of stamina for sure....

In my company... we don't touch the load....
Just open and close the doors... sometimes put straps to secure the load.... slide the tandems... and drive... drive and drive....
Many times our loads go from coast to coast....
MartinFromBC and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
