So today my driver was put OOS for driving over hours and not providing 7 days prior logs. The driver was ticketed for not providing 7 day logs. Soo how much could these fines cost? Does my company pay for them or does the driver?

Fines are on the driver..

It will be you who suffer loss revenue etc. And now must examine punishment on him.
IF you do not take policy action because YOUR driver failed, then the DOT will come to your company and ask why are you protecting drivers who do not keep and turn in last 8 days to you to keep.roshea, Intothesunset and Concorde Thank this.
