On September 2019 I will start my orientation with Schneider I got my cdl for the past 5 year been driving straight truck locally . they offered me dedicated route with a trainer . I did some searching on Google, I found out that if your are over 50 y old and your neck is 17 inches they make you to do a sleep test and end up with the sleeping mask. There doctors will certify you with only 3 months until you do the sleeping test . Those doctors getting kick back for referrals. I am not overweight but my neck is 17 inches, is that true anyone’s know? Sleeping tests are really expensive.

I just did dot physical in Texas, Dr said my BMI was 37, had it have been 40 mandatory Apena test, check web for BMI chart, weight plus height are the determining factors, Dr did not measure my neck.

Just be cool and you'll be fine
Its the fellas that want to open up about their life history that have problems.

That said, if you do have problems sleeping, it wouldn't be a mistake to step up.
    Only you know the answer

OH MY. BE STILL MY HEART> WHOO HOO LET"S PLAY! I know the right seat man is going to royally screw me up and humiliate me with his 10 individual brakes. But Im a taking him with me.

Long ago before the young ones thought they invented drifting in their little hopped up cars... I was drifting bobtails and sometimes a trailer around several acres on ice in secret.

If the bossman saw his 85000 dollar brand new cherry tractor flapping around like that he would not only fire me but cremate me in the lot.

That kind of playtime had a purpose. Eradicate the fears. So when she got loose on US322 upgrade I was able to just adjust and get drives hooked. Trainer said, you got this part. Let's enjoy the view. It was almost two feet that night and many megas were in the ditch getting recovered out by tow at the bottom.

Jeeze, are they really still using BMI as a valid measure of anything other than the ratio of one number divided by another number? Because that's all it is, it has no real value in terms of actual health. Case in point, Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel, John Cena and even Arnold Schwarzenegger are all considered obese based on BMI.

This strikes me as a supremely lazy way to try and gauge someone's health. Blood pressure, yes. Resting heart rate, yes. Cardiac stress, indeed. Even an actual sleep test PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY can be useful. These are all tests indicative of actual health but just dividing someone's height and weight is pure nonsense and drawing relative conclusions is pure nonsense!

not trying to be a dick but almost everyone is technically overweight if you look at the chart for your height and frame

also, if we are talking blood pressure some simple techniques with breathing and meditation can drop it significantly (temporarily) in a short period of time
