Sounds like I dodged a bullet for tomorrow then....going to get breakfast with @Logan76 and he suggested Cracker Barrell. I suggested a place called DS Fabela's because it's not a chain. He agreed, although reluctantly. Maybe tomorrow he'll see the light.

 

Attention all Units. Positive ID on Son of Snidely's daddy. Be advised that we're still on the lookout for Humble Pie's daddy.

I like scrambled eggs. It seems like the last few Cracker Barrel’s I’ve ordered them at, served me up some fried eggs. Scrambled eggs are whisked in a bowl, then put in a small pan and stirred as they cook. They come out yellow and fluffy (or brownish yellow if overcooked). Most cooks take the easy route and cook friend eggs. Friend eggs are not whisked. They’re put on the grill, flattened, and then chopped up and loaded on the plate. They’re faster to cook, but are generally overcooked.

Scrambled, because the way they’re cooked are easier to do the cheesy eggs with. Friend eggs, they dump the cheese on top, right before they scoop it on the plate.

 

Great news! Glad she's good to go.

I'm the same way with kids and being sick. Those St. Jude commercials really tear at the ol heart strings.
