As much as I like teaching people to back up, I’m pretty sure I won’t miss teaching a new person to back up every 2-4 weeks if or when I stop training.

 

The teaching you will miss.

Saying

• "Do you realize you are 2 entire spots away from the hole you are aiming at?
• "If you recognized you were off, why did you keep going backwards?"
• "Do you see the building you are about to hit?"
• "What did we talk about before you set up?"

You will not miss at all.

 

For the love of the flying spaghetti monster, please teach them "if you're not comfortable with your set up, pull up and start over, dont keep jacking back and forth" and "screw those other aholes, they can wait, they probably cant back up for #### either"

 

Of course you’ll quit training.
Mostly only new drivers are trainers. Yes there are a few exceptions.

But Tucker.. I think all trainers should have 25 years of safe OTR driving experience..
