I work for Welfare Express. The way things have been going lately, 1800 miles is not bringing home no more than $250 to $600 weekly. I am use to seeing $800+ weekly, consistent, with some prior employers.

Well if your at least at the 6 month mark jump over to Legend, Dry, no touch, probably start you around 46 cpm, more miles available than you can drive, generally good equipment.
bentstrider83, Trucker1808, mjd4277 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Absolutely not. Shorthauls! Shorthauls! Shorthauls! Less my wheels are rolling the less my fuel and maintenance expenses. Last week ran 1100 miles. Took home $3100 after expenses.FlaSwampRat Thanks this.

Ya for an O/O. Completely wrong answer for a company driver. You’ve got to run miles, as many as you can...and our maintenance is $0mjd4277 and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

I agree Western Express is garbage, but I have different reasoning for that.
But you can't say they run you "raged" and at the same time don't get you enough miles. Which one is it?FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
What I mean by Ragged, is driving close to 6 thousand miles just to get 3 thousand miles loaded in over a 8 day period, that's for a solo driver. If I am lucky, I can get in about 2 thousand.

Are you for real? I’m trying to understand. Western pays ALL miles the same MT or loaded.
Part of your DM pays is based on your miles. They’d be more than happy to make sure you get paid because then so do they.
I just DH 1038 miles recently. Same pay.
I think you’re missing info somewhere.
And get it straight. We’re not “Welfare Express”, we’re “Convict Express” and we will shank you. *Prison rules apply.
I’ve never been to prison. I have no idea what I’m talking about, but I have seen “The Wire”.FlaSwampRat, kemosabi49 and TB John Thank this.
