    This one is a repair of a patch on a tanker trailer... At some point it had 2 manhole hatches, but one had been removed and patched over, but it leaked. So I had to grind out about 12 to 14 inches of weld and redo it... All stainless steel, scratch start tig welding (no foot pedal). That was a real fun one too.

    On the side??? I could enjoy that... But not so sure they would like what I charge to do custom welding.

    I was hanging in a harness from an overhead beam to do the welding... It was the only way I could access the area without sliding off the side of the tank, or burning the crap out of myself on the hot metal... That part of the patch was part way down the side of the tank.... Kinda hard to run a foot pedal in mid air!... Lol
