So if you were in jail and someone said to you " go kill that guy" you would just go kill him?

 

In prison it's kill or be killed. If you don't want to follow orders you need to go into protective custody.

 

I would rather die with honor, than live with myself knowing that I was a murderer.

i think that since i obey the laws and stay out of trouble, my chances of going to jail are slim, unless i were to accumulate parking tickets and not pay them, and they tow my car, and take away my garden, and take away my chocolate chip cookies, that would tick me off to no end, and i'd have to go "postal" and KILL...KILL...KILL....anyone in my path.


then at my age, my state supplied attorney can plea me insane by way of dementia....then i'd be shipped off to a mental hospital where i can get to watch HBO on a tv behind a caged in screen, to prevent me from breaking the picture tube, and taking a piece of that glass, and slitting the throats of anyone in my path

so yeah, unless any of that happens...no one will be telling me to "go kill that guy"...

keep an eye out for me, and when i do break the law, and get put into the slammer...ask me that question again.....ok...????

 

let's face it...he knew he was "done for", and he would have been killed sooner or later, even as only charged and not convicted, he knew he was as guilty as all hell. the prisoners would get at him, no matter how much protection he got in jail. only takes a split second for a guard to turn he head and look at maybe a "disturbance" and some one shanks the perv.

the victims attorneys will now go after his estate for settlement monies. whether or not the are successful in obtaining compensation is yet to be seen. since he was only charged and never even went to court.
i have to believe that there has to be some sort of loophole in the laws, that these lawyers know about, that we don't.

this can take many more years for any payouts to occur.

i am not sure, but if the attorneys place a "lien" on the estate, this only adds to the time line(s).

then too, i am almost certain all his bank accounts have been or had been frozen.

 

if one is a vegetable and has to eat soup, would it be vegetable soup, and if so wouldn't that be cannibalism..???

 

The only people who will benefit from this whole mess are the lawyers. Billing the estate by the hour, they'll wind up with most of the money. It might take a few years but they'll get it.
