Where is everyone #5

Yeah an I'm at home with no ac. It went out yesterday at 5pm, hottest part of the day and this is the hottest weekend of the year so far. Might be sleeping in the truck if it doesn't get fixed today. Lol

Even in the midst of all this, I thank the Lord that I have good fans. Always something to be thankful for in every situation.

 

Well the White Hoe that Karren has been got some new air cleaner today. Man I wish they dropped out the bottom with cab mounted mirrors. Anyhow I hear someone is doing some bbq and said just bring a cooler of beer. Now I like working the grill, but nice to watch some one and only have to bring beer. I'm gone boys

Looks like dropping the pan is next.

 

The thing that would piss me off to no end, is not their tough guy act or trying to rob me, but them either running away or expecting mercy. Where was the mercy for me?

I would see red. Come on dude, be defiant to the end. This sissy on the bus that started crying? There’s no way in hell he’d walked off that bus. It’s not the purse snatching, it’s the crying and pleading that pisses me off.

EDIT: By the way, I absolutely hate that movie.

 

You have my sympathy. I went through that yesterday. On call HVAC guy with the company that installed it new 13 yrs ago didn't have a condenser fan motor on his truck or at the shop. He called back yesterday morning to report his failure at finding one on another tech's truck. I said never mind. The bad one is on the tailgate of my pickup right now and about to go get the replacement. He seemed surprised. Then got a lil sad when I told him what, ac repair ain't rocket surgery. Up & running around 2pm and it finally reached the 75º set point at midnight. My house has an attic ventilator, so it could have been worse. That, an I ain't in Oklahoma. Must be another 10º hotter for you.

Didn't you have to replace a air compressor mount recently?

Mine was chewed up and a week later I had shavings in the pan blocking the pickup screen. I used a magnet thru the drain hole and haven't had a problem since.

Just a thought....

 

Most you guys know way more about cats than me but maybe a cheap gauge from parts store plumbed up to verify low oil psi would be money well spent.

 

Can you bring me a lil dose of them down to Ar?
