1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I know I'll take some rippin' here but... I am a full time pharmacist and due to a lifelong interest, I just got my CDL-A from a local trucking school. I am ultimately looking to drive on a per diem basis for someone. I feel confidant behind the wheel and love to drive. I am willing to work free on an apprentice-type basis for however long it takes to get some experience. I will also do charity work. I am willing to get any other endorsement needed. I work shifts so my schedule is flexible. My driving record is squeaky clean. I would appreciate any advice/referrals. Thanks

    :) LOL

Okay now, is that Speed Racer as his Avatar?

IMHO, I think that these drivers coming forward, offering their services, to drive for free, are just plain ol' CyberLizards.

(Did I say that out loud?):)

Your school should offer job placement to help you get your CDL A career started.

Wow another PharmD in the family tree lol.

I can help you out with info if this is something you want to do. But I don't think there's any "every other week" driving jobs. I ended up buying a truck to drive, you may consider the same. I don't see any other way to the flexibility you want if you're going to continue providing cognitive services.
