I have had about 8 trucking jobs in the last 5 years and most were about the same. I liked trucking but did not like trucking companies.

I finally found a place I really enjoy working. 3500 -4000 miles per week at .47 a mile grosses me 1600 to 1800 a week. Nobody bugs me or treats me like a child. Never sit around and reset every week. 71 MPH 2020 Volvo with fridge and table. Love the truck.

They treat me with love and respect at all times and you never see people mad. Quite the opposite and that is nice.

The loads are mostly 2000 miles out from Ft Worth and then straight back. Perfect for a Ft Worth driver that wants weekends at home.

What can I say, I just love it here! Super light loads most of the time too. Best trucking job I ever had.

That is my qualcom in the photo today and typical or below my average. 500 miles to final and then reset in Seattle then straight back to Ft Worth.

after 30 years I can't run that hard no more.. don't want to..
they pay you with a W-2 and offer you full health insurance right not supplements??

  5. good for you..
hopefully you like it after all the other post you put up about everybody else that burned you the one place you stayed at with one week and here you are with another..
let's see what happens if they start yelling at you like coldliner did then after a week you'll have to quit them too...

    Recruiters have speech writers now?

  8. how do you think some of these foreign companies get the glorious reviews you see..
sometimes they will force the drivers who they know they control like puppets on a string to either make a good review or say see you down the road knowing that they screwed up their record so bad nobody will hire them
or look for the broken English this company very good to me.. owner treat right..and then the owner comes back with the glorifying comment on the website thank you so much so glad to have employee like you in the employ..
should be able to do the math real quickly

  9. I'm still curious to know if it's a W-2 and full health benefits offered since he's a company driver.. knowing the background of Balkan

    JohnBoy Thanks this.

Yes they are w2. Been there 2 months and it has been perfect. The point I was trying to make is dont be afraid to try a diff err ent company. Out and back is the what works for me.

That was my question...how long can he sustain that? And with winter coming up none of that will be possible.

Also, this could be a recruiting tactic. They get a well rested guy, give him a 2020 truck, plan out some no traffic, light loads on easy roads (all interstates) and do it for 7 days then you get the above result.

Let's see a guy that's been out for 6 months working non stop do that
