Man how the frick do u guys put up with this humidity down south. I delivered a load of lumber today in atlanta. Untarping it and putting away straps, kicked my ### a good one... Went 100 miles south to alabama and picked up another load of lumber . and boy i tell ya it #### near knocked me out. I was wobblin like mike tyson done hit me good. I drank 2 gallons of water before and during and i was still hot. I was taking a break every 15 minutes, the guy behind me tarped and strapped whithout drinking water or taking break. Idk how yall do it down here, i guess im just used to that arizona dry heat. Im ready for winter time

Just something your body gets used too. Doesn't even phase me. If I went to Denver I would probably pass out from lack of oxygen.

Our southern humidity was invented to remind us that it's HOT outside, and therefore we tend to work early... or late.
The humidity, plus the sun.. Will Deep Six a fella.

But, when us rednexx go west, we find trouble.
It's hot as dog balls, but we don't realize it because there's no humidity and the sweat wicks off and we don't know we're dying.

Gotta have lots of situational awareness.
