    I believe the word "irritation" comes to mind on how I am being ran. I understand I am doing o.t.r., but they could at least keep the empty miles down to about 30 to pick up the next load.

    You better take this to heart, literally since someone was actually killed in the Nashville yard! Victim was found dressed in women’s clothing, and the person who killed him went and picked up a load afterwards! He was caught in New York and extradited back to Tennessee on murder charges!

    You’re missing the point. Empty miles pay the same as loaded. Who cares how far you go to find an empty. You get paid regardless.

    Not only is the pay not consistent, I am trying to get some answers on the next 2 loads. The 2nd is having me go right around the corner from the main terminal in Nashville.

    Are you just here to ##### or did you make the calls?

    I know lots of drivers whose pay isn’t consistent. It’s usually them sucking at their job. I’m not saying you do, but my pay is consistent around $1200 to $1500 net a week. Yes I’m a trainer. That’s where the money is.
