I have no clue what the size of that plant is but the one we had had 2 guys slaughtering, 2 processing cows, one doing pigs, then one running the counter and myself making deliveries.1951 ford, blairandgretchen, Zeviander and 10 others Thank this.

When I hauled killers to Augusta, Ga, it was ten miles off the highway. They told me those cows I unloaded were dead before I got back to I-20.
We usually had around 40-45 head. (1200-2000 lb range each)Last edited: Aug 13, 2019
