There's a looong article about him and his questionable finances on Yahoo Finance if you want to read it. Several folks expressed interest but I would rather not put a link because they seem to keep adding information. Just search Yahoo Finance, Jeffrey Epstein. There's a video segment with a longer article to read. Both of his longer term lawyers who are tied very closely to him have both hired defense lawyers of their own. A Political pardon from Billy was written about among other things.

It's been too long for me to recall exactly but basically it could be worn out. Next step is to put a restriction gauge at the pump inlet and pressure gauge at the pump outlet. You could still have a major restriction in the form of a collapsed line, plugged ECM Cooling Plate, etc. This will cause the symptoms you are experiencing, coupled with what might be a weak pump and it magnifies the issue. You should see fuel pressure build almost immediately when cranking, from 0 to 75psi minimum. Again, a weak pump will take a while to build. You are seeing rpm on the tach as soon as you crank correct? That is "generally" a sign the EPS is good, but not absolute by any means. Keep in mind it could be 2 or 3 little things causing this and not necessarily 1 big thing. Persistence is key and getting the right test equipment on the engine to "see" what is happening.

Still 100 posts behind, but throwing this out before I forget..
Check and see if the University of Arkansas Newport still has their class A program. My son went through it. From his reports, it was a notch or two better than the usual CDL mill. He got cut from some carrier's indentured servitude program, so I called to see about just paying cash. That was 10 yrs ago and was $1,600 including lodging.
Edit to add: I hear there's some fine people in the area do some awesome cookouts and have a toilet that will flush a basketball.
