If you want to drive a 62 mph truck (on the rare occasion that you are driving) and be micromanged to death, give it a shot. I wouldn't. -
1) Ditto: 2300 miles per week IS NOT decent.
2)As far as hazmat, you'll probably want to go to your state's DMV site. They can probably tell you more.
It's a bit of a hassle and really the money i spent to keep mine HAS NOT been earned back as i've only hauled one hazmat load since 06. i spent over $80 dollars getting it.
i guess it might be too much to ask anyone from Shaffer/Crete to?:
1)List their exact mileage traveled per week?
2) List their exact paid mileage per week?
3) list their exact pickup and delivery times.
i continue to thank truckerlew for his info and i may re-subscribe to truckertom's podcast for more info. -

I'm on the shaffer side and these last 4 weeks been so bad i'd be tickeled to death with a 2100 week
