Stack of new clean towels should be a requirement when posting a picture of such lusciousness.

He was too close for comfort.
Heck, I can't sleep at night because we're on the same continent.
The rest y'all must have nerves of steel.

What condition you looking for? A buddy of mine has an 89 he is trying to get rid of. Gasser and needs body work, but it's complete.

From what it sounds like so far, I suspect that the problem is between the fuel filter and the tank. Didn't you guys say that the fuel goes through a component between the tank and the filter ?

When the starter engages it is creating a large amount of suction ( vacuum ) on the fuel line and might possibly be sucking hard enough to draw air into the line but it doesn't leak fuel out because the fuel isn't being " pushed ". The air is being " pushed " ( sucked ) in the opposite direction when cranking.

Yes. It goes through a cooling plate.

It started the same way whether in a bucket or through the system. Gonna try a new filter just to see what it does since it's free to warranty exchange it.

Kid went thru what your dealing with on our black t6. Ended up just putting a inline check valve in the line going to the cooling plate. Cheap easy fix.
