Nope. If you stand one foot in the grave and too far from the unit when you do drop... that's Finis.

Turns the 40 ton vehicle into a flying dutchman.

my cardiologist said the only state that allows defibulators is florida. and i'm not moving there! but my heart is gaining strength. from a low of 24% output, i'm now about 35%. my question is this. could i get my cdl back if i just have my defibulator deactivated, and not removed. or would i have to have it taken out.

I believe you I have family history of heart disease never used illegal drugs wasn't a heavy drinker only drank beer. Took a sleep study to see if I had sleep apnea which I didn't. At age 48 I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and PVC arithimia. Was treating with meds for 10 years it wasn't getting better so decided to have a ablation procedure to correct the arrhythmia. While having a stress test for the procedure I went into cardiac arrest and had to resuscitated and now have a DEFIBRILLATOR. I always thought the truck I was driving was making me sick but I thought it was from inhaling carbon monoxide I have been driving a diesel box truck for 21 years and the cab sits directly over the motor and constantly breathed in exhaust fumes. Thank you for your post
