Kinda what I'm thinkin. I asked some questions. Way I understood it it's you remotely drive the truck for the first and last mile. It drives its self the rest of the way. I'd absolutely do that.

It's got, what appear to be, 2-50 gallon tanks. That should be enough.........:walk:

you are pushing the limits with a 252 WB but adding 30" for bumper to front axle and fifth centered over the drives you have 23.5 ft bumper to fifth pin. If you have a 53ft step with a 24" pin setting you have 51ft pin to back bumper.
    51+23.5= 74.5 ft 22.7076 metres
You will need an annual permit for BC for a tractor over 245WB.
With the forward axle you would move the fifth forward about 8" to 9".
The shortest pin setting on a step manufactured in Canada is 16" so if the fifth is 2" ahead if center and all I said is accurate you are still under 23M (75.46ft)

That's a perspective I never thought of when looking at this whole driverless truck thing. And it changes a lot, really, because that first/last mile part is the biggest hurdle to applying the technology... but if they have a remote system for a real driver, that would solve it (aside from the obvious weather issues and snow specifically).

Good to know. So I guess 244" is pretty much the upper limit in most provinces? Aside from Super-B's of course.
