If it's so easy for them to hire Americans does this mean they went out of their way to avoid hiring Americans? It seems odd that if 150 Americans were waiting for a job how did 150 illegal aliens swoop in and take those jobs? Something sounds kind of fishy.

The Americans they have to pay at least minimum wage and pay taxes on. Along with stiff like workman's comp, unemployment insurance and all that stuff. By employing illegals they don't have to pay any of that and the illegals have no recourse.
