A brand new trailer damaged, wrecker bill, fuel spill, and a destroyed super single. To add insult to injury, his little boy video taped it and called his mom and told her what happened lol

Not enough.
Tug test THEN get out and visually make sure the locking jaws are fully engaged. I got myself in sweat once, nearly dropping a loaded trailer after a tug test only. I will never do that again...
...that mishap was with a Fontaine 5th wheel. Let's just say I am not a fan of Fontaine. The company I am with now uses Jost, a MUCH better locking jaw setup. Very positive action to lock or unlock it.
What kind of 5th wheels does Prime use?Tb0n3, Bud A., FlaSwampRat and 6 others Thank this.
