radio noise

    i have a1987 peterbilt 379 3406c im getting a lot of noise through cb radio going down the road it only does it when truck is in gear i can put it in neutral coasting and it quits you can excellerate in neutral and it don't do it put trans back in gear it starts back when you excellerate any help would be greatly appreciated.
